HSO is organized for the purpose of providing an opportunity for local musicians to play in an orchestral setting and to enrich the musical environment of the Hillsboro, Oregon, area.

We have the following concerts scheduled for this season.

    Friday, November 30, 2007, at 8 PM, with the Symphony Spotlight starting at 7:40 PM
    Saturday, December 1, 2007, at 2 PM, with the Symphony Spotlight starting at 1:40 PM

    Friday, March 7, 2008, at 8 PM, with the Symphony Spotlight starting at 7:40 PM

Friday, May 23, 2008, at 8 PM, with the Symphony Spotlight starting at 7:40 PM at Century High School.    Avast Ye Mateys! This is a Pirate concert, and we will have special guests Ol' Chumbucket and Cap'n' Slappy, founders of International Talk Like a Pirate Day. There'll be no walkin' the plank (we hope), just great Pirate-ical music. This concert is funded in part by the Regional Arts & Culture Council and Work for Art.

HSO is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As such, donations to HSO are tax deductible. Receipts for donations are sent at the end of the year. To make a donation to HSO through PayPal or via credit card click here to go to our donation page.
